Psychology Reports

Formal reports may be completed by Amelie on request. This provides you, your referrer, and relevant third parties with written outcomes of your in-session assessment.

Types of reports:

• Diagnostic Report (DSM-5 Diagnoses)
• Psychological Assessment, Evaluation and Review
• Return to Work Assessment
• Letter of Support or Special Consideration

Please allow 5 business days for your document to be finalised. Fees are based on the standard hourly rate. Only session fees (not report writing time) are eligible for Medicare rebates. For more information, see our Fees and Rebates.
